         When I first met Mark and Deb with Practical Housing Solutions, LLC, I thought there was no hope for my situation.  I had exhausted all options, therefore I had given up and was patiently awaiting the foreclosure.

           I originally got in this situation because my son-in-law asked me to take over some rental properties, three to be exact.  Well, to make a long story short, everything was going great until my son-in-law experienced a financial hardship and could no longer afford the payments.  He never informed me of this hardship and the properties were all in my name, therefore the banks began to call and harass me for the money.

           They threatened to take my home, my retirement pension, and my assets.  I was terrified and didn’t know what to do until a friend referred me to Mark with Practical Housing Solutions, LLC.  I met with Mark and he was very pleasant and had a comforting demeanor.  He took all the necessary information and thoroughly explained that there were no guarantees, but he would give it his all.

           The next thing I know we were closing on one of the properties.  This is where I met Deb and she too was very pleasant.  I was a nervous wreck, but Deb reassured me that everything would be okay, while also helping me to relax.

           Shortly thereafter, we were closing on the second property.  We haven’t closed on the last property yet, but I am very confident that we will.  Mark and Deb are absolutely wonderful.  They truly are angels sent from above.  I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their help, and I am so grateful for their assistance.  Without the help of Practical Housing Solutions, LLC, I would have lost everything, including my mind.

           Mark and Deb will always be my heroes and if I know anyone that could use a little help, I’ll definitely refer them on.  Mark and Deb, thank you so much for all of your help.  I am truly grateful for you and the Practical Housing Solutions, LLC.
